Children of Kazakhstan Prohibited Watching SpongeBob SquarePants



The Government of Kazakhstan confirms residents to prohibiting their children watching cartoons SpongeBob SquarePants movie because they think it can damage the brain children of the former Soviet Union countries.

The Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan has watched several episodes of the movie and asked the parents to not allow their children to watch the film.

Government of Kazakhstan to assess character in the cartoon creates a culture of hooliganism, violence, and bullying.

Chairman of the Committee on the Rights of the Child Protection Zabira Oraztalieva say, the characters in the film was an adverse impact on the mindset of children.

"Bad behavior shown characters possessed the film and the children thought to influence children's behavior," said Oraztalieva.

However, the Government of Kazakhstan does not block foreign television broadcast cartoons for citizens to easily access the film from YouTube or other social media.

Thus, according to Oraztalieva, roles and responsibilities of parents is very important in this matter. "Kazakhstan Parents should not allow their children to watch the cartoon SpongeBob SquarePants," said Oratzalieva.

"We saw how this cartoon contains elements of violence against others and looks really enjoyed the violence. It will be bad for children,"

"This film gives an idea to the children that such behavior is done character in the film is something that is positive and can be replicated," said Oraztalieva.
